Also, it’s good practice to inform the customer details about the cake; any non-edible accents to be removed, how to transport and store the cake etc. Because even in making sugar flowers, in most cases, we use wires, so they’re non-edible.
I can't see what you dipped the flowers in at the beginning of the video, the information went away to quickly to read it. I haven't seen this way of doing it, I'm excited to try it! What did you dip the flowers in at the beginning?
Hi. I prepared water and added a tea spoon of bicarbonate of soda, then I soak them for about 15min, then rinse them in fresh water and set aside facing down on a kitchen towel
