I'd love to share my passion for flying RC helicopters with you! It's a big love story and my passion for flying helis is growing with every day and every new maneuver I can fly. It's never too late and you are never too old. My name is Matthias and I started with 60 years! You will find experiences, funny stories, help and advise. BAD forward rolls BUT bigger loops! Not all can be good!
I am training and training, but my rolls in forward flight are still bad. Also because now we have a lot of wind which throws even my OMPHOBBY M4 Max around. The good thing is that my loops are gettinmg bigger and more round. Please let me know in the comments if you have a receipe to "use" tailwinds in loops - if there is one. In my case I do most of my maneuvers against the wind because when I fly with the wind I feel thar I have much less control and possibilities. And at my field the wind is blowling in 90 % from one side. Please wirte in the comments about your experience with tailwind!

I found a new airfiled and I feel like a new pilot! Some weak points in my heli flying were caused or increased by the shape of my former airfield: asymmetrical shape, powerlines and sorrounded everywehre by high trees and forest.
