I like FM but it has been stagnant for a long time, and sometimes it does seem like I'm being scammed cause I keep spending money every year while they're still serving up graphics from the 90s. but we'll see, the thing is no other football management games are as good as FM, there's literally no alternative. while FM match engine has shitty graphics, they managed to capture the movement of a football match perfectly. and with the support of independent modders and graphic designers, you can make custom improvements to the game

I don't think the players are underperforming. also there's no more excuses left when you've spent 600million with most of it being on his ex-players at Ajax. I would say I liked LVG because he implemented a clear style of play while also winning an fa cup, and he wasn't backed by the board. mourinho got 2nd and a european trophy, you could say he was the most successful but his style of play was boring
