Question for us RTs. There's an FiO2 analyzer in the MyAirvo 2 for home use. Yet the FiO2 isnot displayed on the MyAirvo 2 screen. How do we set up that function? How do we set FiO2 display so that we get an fiO2 on the MyAirvo 2 at home fso we can see what FiO2 we're getting when we set up for our patients?

The AIRVO 2 is such a wonderful wonderful piece of equipment! It's wonderful a high flow nasal cannula, but it's even better for the tracheostomy patient, who would otherwise be placed on a Noisy 50 PSI compressor which is connected to a cool mist Large Volume Nebulizer! COOL MIST FOR A TRACHED PATIENT IS A VERY VERY BIG NO NO!!!! It's from the olden days of cold dirty distilled water. Back they it was ok to use that type of humidification. It's not now! This is the year 2023, and we should be using warm humidification! EVEN IN HOME CARE!

Possible trach holder not tight enough- may need minor adjustment May also be position of head on pillow or tubing torque at connection of trach and vent tubing (just suggestions)

This monitor is such a wonderful wonderful monitor. I have a trach, and a ventilator, and use this thing, and it has saved me from desatting when I've gotten some severe plugs at night. I use a ventilator, and oxygen, that go through my tracheostomy.

Watching this video shows how outdated it is, and all the things that was okay in the pass but is not recommended now!! first there so a bumber in the crib, baby was sleeping on the side..

So the main issue I'm having is as you turn up airvo2 airflow, the percentage pure oxygen provided by the machines is no longer high enough. For instance, at 15 L/Min airvo setting, I can provide 80%-90% pure oxygen from a 15 L/Min oxygen machine. When I turn the airvo up to 20 L/min, that oxygen purity declines to 30%...most of the air being circulated by the airvo2 (therefore) is surrounding air, not pure oxygen. How to adjust?

Pediatric patient is not in distress but low minute ventilation alarm is continually going off. Is there a trouble shooting method that does not involve turning the alarm off?
