A lot of the things we see when watching this beach cam are some type of plasma orbs that NASA calls plasmoid and has deemed to be possible sentient 4D beings I'll post the research paper that they released October 2024 about them in response to this comment in just a minute

So glad someone got this recorded - I saw it live and was absolutely baffled. Craziest thing is before it started moving it was sat on the horizon stationary for 15+ minutes. So not a plane.

Only once i saw one of those glowing bright basketball sized orb live in finland year 1999 i was playing football with my friends and the orb was flying walking speed around the soccer field 1.5 times around at the level where those field light bulbs are about 10-15meters above and then it flew fast to sky and dissapeared.. i was 7-8y old that time😟 i remembered that scene when i was 25yo that memory hitted clearly in my mind after many many years.. that interesting🤔

I have screen record from that same night.. 9-11pm one of those bright spheres flew a cross of that view right at the beach level that was trippy💀 those are not drones… looks like a ball lightning 😬 i wish i were there and saw it my own eyes.. one of those orbs came out from the sea and dissapeared in 10minutes really slowly😟🤷‍♂️

I have screen record from dec12 9-11pm and screenshots from this day fri13 3:50pm ”moon like orb appeared to the sky and 4:10pm it dissapeared.. and just last fifteen minutes i watched on of those bright orbs raised from the sea and now it dissapeared🧐

These are not drones so drone regulations do not apply. They are manned VTOL air Taxis. Look into Joby and Archer Aviation and if the aircraft will only be flown in Class D, E, or G airspace, or in a rural area for short local flights, a transponder is not required.
