A adc shoudnt be able the 1v1 a tank to be fair, adc shoudnt be able to solo anyone except support, adc role should be a teamfigthing role, that needs back up to block damage, cc and be the damage dealer, so i think it's completely fair that a cho'gath 1v1 a alone adc. Look what happened when adc got extremely buffed, you saw it mid/top because they could 1v1 most toplaners and midlainers, adc is knda in a good stop rn, its skilled, not i one shot everyone, but to be fair some tanks are really strong.
