nuMose Medical Online Search Engine
Imagine that you are in a busy ED when suddenly a patient with tearing chest pain that radiates to his back comes in. You know that this is an aortic dissection and want to ensure that each step you make is consistent with the most current guidelines. You open your web browser and search for "aortic dissection" in google but all you get is resources for the general public. You waste precious time manually going through link after link without finding the answers you want.

@@hoosierbaddy3052 I’m a female dumb ass
Referring anyone for outpatient cholecystectomy in this day in age is just risking someone's health unnecessarily. They're going to be waiting months and months for that surgery and will almost guaranteed be forced back into the ER before they can make the appointment.
Great explanation! love it. I had an inflamed gallbladder 11 months ago. Last week my ultrasound result showed a normal gallbladder but I still have pain on both sides of my chest then radiates to my back and between my shoulder blades. I am scared that a stone getting stuck in one of the ducts that had been missed diagnosed. I would appreciate your advice.
Hey, really appreciated talk. May I ask what is a board looks like, a list on a paper or on a computer?
When patient have prodrome palpitation then syncope , i think this is cardio syncope not neuro or hypo
Thank you for posting this! Very informative! I’m not an ER doc, but someone experiencing vaginal bleeding. Now I understand the steps my doctor is taking. Thanks again!
Thank you for the great video! I am wondering, if someone has only symptomatic cholelithiasis, can that patient reduce the amount of sludge in their gallbladder over time with the correct diet and exercise? Is there any case documented where this has happened?
Hi. I had gall bladder sludge - 2cm- and some wall thickening and small amount of fluid. I took antibiotics and changed to very clean simple diet and no alcohol. Did feel ill and have 2 more episodes of quite severe pain over the next month or 2. But ultrasound after 3 months showed all the sludge had gone. And an MRI showed bile ducts all clear :)
@@richie694 hi, could you please share some examples of what your diet consisted of?
@@HamidKarzai Sure. Basically I cut out anything with bad fat. Bacon, processed meat, steak, pizza, cheese, burgers. I ate baked potatoes, streamed broccoli, white fish (cooked with minimal oil), salmon sashimi and fried, pasta. Smaller meals. Lots of hot water. I ended up with a small gallstone a year on - but with no symptoms. I now eat what I want again - freely. Including wagyu steak with no symptoms.
@@richie694 thank you!
thank you sir it was really informative, and sharing your personal experience is great to emphasize your point
