By ireland standards this is a very average sized home and not small at all! I also grew up with a bathroom that size and a family of 6. Oh the fights over the shower haha

We do almost the exact kind of kid’s clothing system. We’ve done it for years. They have one bin each for shirts, bottoms, pajamas, socks, and underwear. They have been able to put away their own laundry for a while now, but they have started (ages 6 and 8) doing the whole cycle themselves (turning it right side out, putting it in the wash, putting it in the dryer, getting it out and putting it away.) I’m so proud of them. They have their own laundry basket in their room and every Tuesday is their laundry day, so it’s only one day a week. They have a minimal wardrobe with 8-9 outfits to get them through a full week (with an extra or two in case they are totally dirty.) We also go through that transitional time from hot to cold where it’s a combo of their last season’s clothes and the new incomers. They each have a basket in the top of their closet where I compile the next season/year’s clothes and can keep hand-me-downs from one brother to the next.

I envy americas big closets. Mine is half the size and 1/3 the width so all my clothes have to hang on toddler hangers. :(

Love your videos! I stopped folding my girls clothes a while ago as well because with littles that like to dress themselves the clothes get unfolded constantly. It’s such a great mom hack to just not fold them and then it makes it easier to do the laundry and have the kiddos put their own clothes away! Would love to see how you manage your kids clothes, do you do a capsule wardrobe for them?

With a little figure like yours Seleena it's easier to have a smaller wardrobe. Everything looks good on you. * For some women they don't stay one size putting on weight and sometimes taking it off * She ends up with a wardrobe filled with many different sizes and if you have clothing that is of quality they are expensive to just keep replacing every time weight fluctuates.
