This video start me off with us starting the building of a new trail in the field. This trail will be our dual slalom race course. The track will most likely end up being finished by a digger at some point in the future! We then started our annual Boxing Day Christmas bike ride! Where we sessioned the jump in the field which we have now made rideable for the winter!

1:22 sram brakes! I swore off sram brakes after two separate (and different) failures. They just seem finicky. I also don’t like the DOT fluid as opposed to mineral oil because it’s toxic and caustic. But I’m stuck with them for now since I also bought a YT
Luckily for me the biking I do isn’t too heavily reliable on breaking power so I’ll stick with them till it’s necessary for an upgrade

Nice video! Im looking for a Jeffsy but cant decide, I see a Canyon Spectral in the video too, what would u recomend of these both bikes? Wich one pedals and descends better?
It’s hard to compare fully because the spectral is a large and carbon but i would say both the aluminium spectral and aluminium jeffsy (I have ridden both) are equally as good bikes!

@@abrahamtg8447spectral is more dh oriented, they’re more modern in regards of the way trail bike geo is going, more slack. Jeffsy probably a better all arounder though 🤷
