testing Whirlpool double door refrigerator evaporator fan using power supply
Very poor quality product from Whirlpool. PCB spoilt in 3 years inspite of using voltage stabilizer.
Short black(negative) and purple(on/off control) wires to run fan externally. Old fan, with broken insulation seal, will stop of moisture formation when powered externally and run inside fridge freezer. So it must be replaced after 2 years else PCB will get bad.

Diodes used: 10A10 (10Amp) one piece; 1N5822 (3Amp) schottky diode two pieces. All in series with 5V mobile charger (5.15V) with amperage less than 3A. Charged 18650 cell to to 4.10V after overnight, 4.23V after one day, 4.34V after two days. Other diodes tried were 2x10A10 in series and 2xRL207 in series but both charged to 4.0 V after overnight charging.
Envie NiMh charger is dumb and transformer mostly develops faults

the output is based on rectifying AC 6V voltage. no IC or capacitors inside. overpriced product.

both have same tyre size but rim sizes are different. drums and brake shoe sizes also different. tubeless tyres.

140 dc toy motor doesn't have carbon brushes but has copper strips as brushes. gets heated up slightly.

for using 380, 555 or 775 (5mm shaft) etc motors, the motor shafts have to be made thin using file on spinning shaft. else small innermost plastic gear wont fit without damage. that's why choose smallest toy motor available with 2mm shaft.

In Kerala if you need to pass fitness test then repainting is necessary. Doesn't matter if spiders have invaded inside fairings or mechanical issues are there. That's why looks shining but lot of faults there which I am fixing. Purchased in 2006 at Pune.
The point of uploaded video was to inform others that sever hand bleeding can happen, like in my case.
Brother, that device is like a car keychain attached small impactor releasing a pin when pressed against tempered glass. Good for situations when car occupant is trapped and doesn't have room to swing a hammer or other hard object to break glass. Since this device is used by pressing against glass and just after glass breaks, the broken sharp edges still attached to window frame, will most likely cut hand or even wrist. So better to use hammer with long handle which can be immediately pulled back after impact.
You will only get cut when breaking in, when breaking it outwards or in other words breaking it from the inside it will not get you cut since that is what the device is used for.

It is a Chinese made 2.7V 500F one and people group it together to replace bike batteries. I charged it for around 5 mins on Imax B6 charger at 1A till reached 2.7V.

it is RS 775 12V motor. however the belt breaks very often. need to use gears.
