Hi! You start from negative programs, then continue on to limiting beliefs, faulty core belief and faulty core identity. Then, when the whole belief system is identified, you identify and release the associated imbalances. When they are released, the belief system can be released. Lastly, you check for a subconscious gap. This is mended either with a defragmentation or by installing a replacement belief.
Better to be alone than with people or groups that don't respect your boundaries.

I just wrote a book, how the Emotion changed my life from growing up in poverty, abuse, and neglect to having true happiness, and making more money than I ever have… and having peace in my heart. I noticed when you were using the Body Code and found the energetic imbalances that you didn’t ask if there were any underlying imbalances that needed to be decoded first before releasing the imbalance. Is that not needed for a Belief Code session?
That's correct. The associated imbalances are all related to the Belief System and are usually very simple and straight forward to decode and release. Emotions can usually be released without any more information, because we know that they are related to the Belief System. And it's the same with the associated imbalances in the Body Code. The Belief Code is very simple and straight forward ant that's one of the things I love about this modality!

So I have to pay you to change my belief in minutes?
There are 3 ways you can experience a PSYCH-K® process (a balance). 1. You can find a PSYCH-K® facilitator that can guide you through the process. There is a list of facilitators on the PSYCH-K® website. 2. You can take the online course to do learn how to do the process for yourself. 3. You can go to an in-person training to learn. In most cases, all these options involve payment.

How do you do the process,?!
PSYCH-K® facilitators are not allowed to disclose the details of the actual process. What usually happens in a sessions, you decide what you what to work on, decide your desired result and use one of the different PSYCH-K® processes to make a change in your subconscious mind.

Very true. Willpower is exhausting! Willpower saps my energy because I have to strain and force myself to pay attention and do the thing. I find when I pray and engage the spirit, it helps bring a power beyond what is normal to "do the thing" that I set for myself, whether its to wake up early or workout or eat better...any goal really.
Exactly! When you prepare by getting into alignment with what you want, the doing is so much easier and more joyful!
