Bulungkol Lake is a lake in Akto County (Kizilsu Kyrgyz Autonomous Prefecture) of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China.
The name "Bulungkol" is from the Kyrgyz language, meaning "lake in the corner" .

Excellent ! I lived near it for 6 months. In 1970 the medina near the Jemaa el Fnaa was full of hippies from all over the world. When the 'Call to Prayer' occurred we would all stop doing what we were doing and listen. This call made us think of God and give thanks. Very beautiful !
