I would really like to monitor pollen levels, but I've found that all the pollen "measurements" are all just "forecasts" of some sort, because when you dig into the pollen apps and sites, you find that they just don't have many actual monitoring stations. I live near Ann Arbor, and according to what I can find on the web, the closest actual pollen measuring station is somewhere in north/central Ohio.

And for warming up, you just need to do whatever activity you are planning on doing at an easy and low intensity for a few minutes. So if you are planning on running, run really slow for 5 minutes. The rest of the advice is fine.
