@emilymccartney1593 I was born and bred in Glasgow. I as a kid was taken to parties and my relatives would sing like this. I genuinely thought that this was how people sang. I didn't know any different. 😅😮
You're probably not alone, but everyone has their likes and dislikes for certain styles. And you always need the local element - whether it's London or Glasgow
