30 minutes ago they closed my membership account: When I bought 30 days of premium, I unknowingly subscribed to xsolla unintentionally. After the 30 days of premium expired, I realized that my credit card was charged a 2nd time for 30 days of premium without my knowledge and approval, so I contacted xsolla and asked for a refund. I just received an email from xsolla saying that the money will be refunded. NCSOFT banned my account indefinitely despite me playing the game without cheating and scamming. *A side note on the masterclass quest fighting Eva Nakiri, select normal mode instead of easy. Easy is tuned for 2 people, normal is tuned for 1 person. Normal is much easier than easy playing solo :D

So I haven't played this game since... 2017 I believe? Just wanted to ask we questions due to that, like for example, is the game safe to play? No remote executable? Other forms of malicious exploits etc.? Since the games so old, and I would love to jump in for the nostalgia's sake. Also is this new Anti-cheat software Kernel side? That's a big factor for me, I used to play Valorant and Genshin Impact but after Genshin got compromised, I kinda forced myself not to download any games with Kernel access to my PC... The only way I've played em' since has been on console.
