This channel is gold.

I don't get it. So if a company is expected to grow I should rather buy it. Apparently, the growth is not priced in. But if a company is overvalued I should rather not sell it, because there is propably the growth priced in and after all it might not actually be overpriced. Now, you either follow the principles of a perfectly efficient market or you don't. But to do it in some ways but not in others feels kind of lazy. But maybe he mentioned it and I missed the reason why growth sometimes is priced in and sometimes not. Also he does not explain why a one time dividend is bad. He only says that often the stock price is not affected by it. Well, obviously it is only affected by the amount of dividend per share paied out. So why would it move up or down? Why would this be bad? Why is a regular dividend more favourable? This was only what was mentioned in the last few minutes. He has good points but sometimes it is not really explained why he feels the way he does.
