It doesnt help that youtube staff dont even know how the algorithm works because its caked in codes thats been there since the beginning, so caked that everyone there dont know how deep it truly goes or how each string is attached

Bruh I started a new channel mid November (I called it ThatRetroFanatic) and it INSTANTLY had access to the 3 minute shorts. I know because I already have multiple 2+ minute long shorts uploaded there
