Gee, what a candid sharing of your thoughts and feelings. As parents we are aware of your weed habit and wonder about dependency, but you have obviously done a lot of self-analysis and I must say I am impressed by your self-awareness and regulation of not only your weed use, but also your mental state. It is good to see the positive change in you. You are developing into a strong individual.

My goodness. You presentation is getting more and more professional. I like the speed and energy and though the music contributes to this, I though the volume slightly to loud. well done once again. Keep, going.

Once again well done with a good video. Having lived with you through these periods, I now understand what you went through and a lot of your behaviour now makes sense. I admire the way you worked through this and come out a stronger person on the other side. Dad

I really, really like this video. Thank you for so clearly vocalising all of these things - they're deeply validating. I completely relate to so many of the effects and experiences you related to depression. Food and blood sugar control is SUCH a good point! Having an amazing mom makes such a difference ❤

great video, lots of good stuff said. Its hard to see people going through this but i can relate so much with what youre going through.I truly admire you for putting yourself out there for the whole world to see. It's people like you and me that can make a difference by sharing our experiences. I truly think we can help each other. RUclips and its platform has helped a lot in reaching out to others and sharing our stories and how we cope with anxiety. Stop by some time. You have a new subscriber:)Challenges are what make life interesting. Overcoming them is what makes life meaningful. Let go of what’s gone, be grateful for what remains and look forward to what is coming. You never realize how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have. Don’t forget you’re human. It’s okay to have a meltdown. Just don’t unpack and live there. Refocus on where you’re headed. You are limited only by the walls you build yourself. Knock down those walls, and you will be free. Build your confidence. Two things will ultimately define your life: Your accomplishments, and your character. You are so worth it. Your biggest successes are still to come. A step at a time. I wish you good health & happiness on your journey:)

Thanks for bringing up how other students and your family members have restructured, failed, and changed degrees. I know that upon failing my first year of BSc, I was convinced that I was one of a very small group of people who were just inherently failures. I felt like no one successful, determined, or on top of life could ever fail, and that thought had a really negative effect on my self-esteem. It's so important to talk honestly and openly about things like this: small adjustments and failures that really are more common, and less detrimental, than we're often led to believe. Thank you for sharing!
