Shop owner here. I use this everyday and it has not disappointed me yet and I'm in the rust belt. Buy it
I gotta say I use it and I'm glad I purchased it. I think I may be off on how much it cost. I think the DeWalt was 3 bills tool only and this one was not nearly that much and had a battery plus there was a special and I got an extra battery with it. So deal for sure!
move the fucked face
Horrible filming made me dizzy
I went with the DeWalt DCF-900 for the extra strength for suspension bolts on some jobs I need to do. 1000+ foot lbs, 1400 ft lbs for loosening. Videos testing the manufacturers claims showed they were true. I considered the Kobalt, but already have some DeWalt batteries. Have you seen any tool test channel torque tests, to see what the Kobalt's strength is? I'm guessing it tops out at 400-500 ft lbs. If it could do 700-800 ft lbs it would be a great value. To me it seemed like the Kobalt would do fine on lug nuts, which it does, but would be limited beyond that. UPDATE: Shop Tool Reviews channel did a test. ruclips.net/video/WBXnBqubWSo/видео.html The Kobalt tested out at 700 ft lbs, assuming it's the same XTR model. So the Kobalt looks like a great value, with battery, and even better for those who have other 24V Kobalt tools and batteries.
I love it! For what it came with and the price. I haven't had any nut or bolt that it wouldn't remove. I lost footage of a rear truck bumper replacement I used it on, no problems and you can see it in a few other videos I've used it on different things. It's tough. I was looking at the DeWalt for sure but for the tool only and that price... I just went with this one. Thanks for all the info man!
@@dixiehandyman Fantastic! The Kobalt XTR looks like a great value, doing 700 ft lbs. The DeWalt DCF-900 also has a non-torque "finger tight" mode where it tightens the fastener to a minimal torque spec and then pauses, e.g. and then to allow you to torque it with a torque wrench, or dial in the mode/speed you want to use for final tightening. It looks like the Kobalt has something similar, do you use that feature?
@@jdaniels1313Of course who can forget about the even larger DCF961.
😂 u should torque down those nuts the impact is not the way to do it u gonna snap those studs
You're right I think everyone should do that
NICE JOB BUDDY
thank you
Think you need to do one of two things.. either get a larger garage or get less "stuff". lol
I think you mean less junk! And you're 100% correct on that. I am planning to rid myself of these doors, but at about 200 bucks each I just can't throw them out. Can't bring myself to do it. I have a property that I think I can make use of quite a few. And then I'm building a house for me, maybe next year so I'm definitely using 6 to 8 in that house.
Car jack
So you're not a youngster. Thanks for responding.

Do y’all realize that these invoke ptsd in most people who have served? You may find them enjoyable but they most certainly do not. Makes you think about who’s really free doesn’t it? Doesn’t seem fair they go and fight and have to come back to fight trauma at home. Hope this changes your perspective of ✨FREEDOM✨🙏🏽🙌🏽
Sorry. I can't agree with that. "Most"? You can't be serious!? Most people who serve never see the first hint of combat. So, here's the thing about your statement. Anyone who sees that it's a fireworks short and knows they have any type of issue with it, they can swipe away from it in an instant and it's gone. So no, you can have your opinion but it's not realistic. Freedom is to be celebrated and PTSD can be treated.

Easy is not the word I would use in this bearing replacement. But fun to see the creator's journey.
Totally understand. The easy part was the fact that I only needed to get to it, and replace it. That saw works great again and it was definitely not something I wanted to toss out over such a small issue. Thanks for watching and commenting friend!
😅
Thanks will be doing that my self now
Keeps your tires wearing evenly. Thanks for catching the video! That was such a hot day.
And orange looks so good on those
It's actually a red with an orange tint in it. It's called Mille Miglia red and it means 1000 miles which back in the day was a 1000 mile race in Italy.
Yeah you should definitely do it

Did you have any issues with the ceiling being out of level?
Before I installed the strips it was bad. I used a laser and a marked stick to get the strips right and the ceiling looked great. There is video of me working on the drywall on the walls and ceilings and they turned out great

If my unit is in the attic and we have ductwork in all the closets how would you know if it's coming down from the attic or going back up in the cycle?
Is that a serious question?
I've read this comment a couple time and still not making sense of it. It's a common practice to install return air units inside closets. In the case of an attic unit I would think your air registers are in the ceilings and return air in the closets also. The difference is a register is usually about 6 inch pipe and the return air are much larger.
Fly birdie fly..
That's my cousin.
