Finally just at my maximum budget lovely home my concern is the waterway level ??? Is there information from local authorities on flood levels!!!

Someone I know was at a petrol station in Newquay Cornwall! The man at the next pump told him he was coming on holiday to New quay Wales The man said you’ve got a long way to go! He said why !this is Newquay Cornwall ! Turns out he had entered the wrong county in the Sat-Nav Doh!!

You know what really grates is the English who can't even be bothered to do the minimum of homework and learn to pronounce Welsh names correctly.

Wonderful bones but clearly the present owners don’t have perhaps the means or taste to make the most of the interiors, which affects the desirability of the property. There are a limited number of people in Wales who would have the financial ability to buy the house, let alone cope with the maintenance and running costs.

See how green it is . That´s because it tips with rain most of the year ! I lived in Wales and was astounded how rainy it was. Lovely scenery of course but take your wellies , waterproofs and brollies .

You can tell these houses were designed by men...the kitchens are all closets! The shower is a coffin!
