Looks amazing. I will surly try this tour when I go to St Croix in february. I am not a "boat-person" but how long is the sailing over to Buck Island? And is it calm waters?

    • @nexttrekkingadventure

Generally speaking the 3x we have gone the waters were calm.

@lisaisaksson812 we have gone 3x it’s been pretty smooth sailing with calm waters. The snorkeling area has a reef around it that keeps that area well protected

@@nexttrekkingadventure Ok. Thanx. It helps a lot. The plan is to be in Christiansted for the first 6 nights. Then go to Carambola Beach Resort for 6 nights. Its a long way to go from my country Sweden. But I soo looking forward to it.

How not to get lost in weird places, use sattelite tracker. Keeps track where ever you go. At night light big fire to help u get spotted. Every hour update a close one about ur current location n direction u r heading for. Mark spots with with stones. Take picturr of ur self goin up every 100 metre n one looking back ... So u can trace ur foot steps using them.

There are a lot of tools out there for sure. This is most likely due to a severe weather event and attempt to get off the top of a mountain.

stop warning people multiple times and just let them find out what happens 🤷‍♀️ you shouldnt have to tell a grown adult 3 times to stay away from a grizzly bear. we need to let natural selection become more of a thing again.

I went to Yellowstone for the 1st time in July with my family. Beautiful but did not see a Grizzly bear. It was the main reason I personally wanted to go, but it's ok because I saw a lot of other really cool animals. With that said, respect nature. For those being idiots, just fine them. It's ridiculous you should have to tell a grown person basic stuff to keep them safe. Stupid should cost. You have a camera with an amazing option to take distance photos use it. Don't put others at risk for your foolishness up to including the Park Rangers.

It's always tourists from Asian countries trying to become dinner at Yellowstone. They don't have any sense of anything that is going on around them. I laughed so hard at the part in the show "Yellowstone" when Mr Dutton found the bus load of Asians standing in his field only like 50 feet from a grizzly. For the most part they really have no idea the danger they put themselves in its just ignorance.
