It all depends on what you're riding. For me, I'm pretty much 100% on pavement, so I'd say street. If you are a mix, I'd go off road. That way it'll be way more durable to sticks and sharp rocks. That's my opinion and I hope it helps

That's one thing that is really cool about having a scooter. You don't need a license, or do you need to register it. I have passed a lot of cops, sheriffs, unmarked cars, and pretty much every type of law enforcement there is. All I can say is, as long as you respect the law and them... you will be all good.

Hey man, sorry you feel that way. They have been a really good company and scooter to me, so I really can't complain too much. Especially with this being the only issue in 2,000 miles in almost 2 years.

@@theweldonator It's fine that you don't mind a 6 to 8 week wait, but it's a 2 year old model and this model's scooter 'fleet' is needing major replacements at about now, and this global reseller of the model is not supporting a stock of parts on hand for it. That tells me all I need to know about them. May as well be ordering direct off Kaabo and cut out this middle man. All the best with it though.

@@cf6979 I'm telling you.... this was honestly the BEST customer service I have had in a VERY long time. They were on it on both items. I don't mind waiting since it has been warrantied. That's the hardest part. Now I can relax, chill, and wait patiently

@victorslpk1 I would definitely get ahold of Voro or where you bought it. That way, they have a record of it being brought to their attention of the issue. My battery had to be warrantied. It worked for about a week after Zen had helped me with it

@theweldonator I bought it second hand from a guy who rode it less than 50 miles. It's ridiculous. This thing is brand new.

Okay, try this.... unhook everything from the battery for about 15 minutes. While it's unplugged from the controller, use your volt meter to ohm the battery to see what your voltage is. When you go to connect it back, the plugs that go from the battery to the controller should spark, showing the battery is good. That's what Zen from VoroMotors instructed me to do.

Yo, thank you for letting me know about that. It's all good if it comes to that because I purchased the 3 - or 4-year extended warranty, and that just started. I also just started a claim on my TFT because the bracket is stripped and won't really stay up. It works and all, just one of the screws stripped out. God forbid it comes to what you're talking about when I get my battery back. But I will say, I am more at ease since I have the warranty and know how to use it. Are you serious? Is the Inmotion having the same issue? Thank you for the heads up. I'll definitely be paying attention to that when I'm back up and running.
