I think the hardest thing for people to implement with manifestation is the surrendering aspect of it, because it's so habitual for our egos to latch onto our desires and need to figure out the "logical" way it's going to happen. But there are an infinite number of ways our desires can be brought to us and most of them are far greater than anything our egos could ever have come up with. I'm very happy to see that you're expanding your ideas about what's possible for you. It's something I aim to do for myself too. There's this Japanese guy, Dr. Masaru Emoto who studied water & how water is shaped by the environment, thoughts and emotions. Also, sounds. He contrasted heavy metal music to Mozart's symphony # 40 to water You should see the difference in the water crystals, it is shocking

Wonderful message 💯 Genuine passion will always lead you to the exact experiences you need at that point in your life. Doesn't matter if that Passion manifests as rock music, having a drink with friends, ANYTHING. The discernment comes from recognising if its a feeling of expansive passion and excitement compelling us towards a specific experience, or an energy of addiction, compulsive attachment, etc. This message reflected back to me a lot of themes I've previously pondered and overthought into oblivion in the past. For me, what resonated the most was - "You don't have to fight ..." YES, we can co-exist with everything. Always fighting something gets tiring, there's no need for it. Let's acknowledge the so-called bad parts and let's live in harmony with our shadows. None of us are prefect here. Why not practice self love, forgiveness and compassion for Self and others and see where that leads us?,

Love this! 🙏🏼 Was a great reminder that when we are running from something or fighting something, that chase/fight will never end because we are constantly perpetuating this reality/idea that there is something negative that we need to overcome. In our desire to "get away" we are unknowingly creating more of the things we don't want by resisting them! And it was so cool to hear you say "you can't have the light without the dark" at the end because my next video is literally me talking about that EXACT topic! About a week ago, in the dressing room, there's a book lying on the floor that makes me laugh. "The Art of Zen and motorcycle maintenance" I laugh because it sounds like the most niche book ever. Like motorcycles paired with zen? What?! The crew had bought it her because they felt it fitted her character perfectly 😂 I guess I'll have to give it a read now after having you hit me with such a specific synchronicity! 😂 Great video by the way! 🎉

I love those old time classics. The power of now changed my life. I've never heard of RJ Spina, though I think he's much more modern. Interesting fact - I also studied philosophy at University. Mostly, I loved it. Thanks for the RJ Spina recommendation - anything about super consciousness and how to access it I find super interesting.

If affirmations don't resonate as true, I don't use them. I find myself going a lot more with my imagination than anything else. And feeling it as truth within my being, fully feeling it

As highly sensitive kids that we were, if we had parents who believed they were low on the worthiness scale, we'll pick up on that and feel the same! That's the root cause of unworthiness for many of us, I believe. It's inherited on an emotional, subconscious level.

Try roasted chicory root! Naturally caffeine-free and tastes nice. Kinda light, nutty taste and aroma. Switched out my coffee with it and have been feeling a lot more balanced out as of late.

I like the way you put it. The consistent idea here is concious concumption. Our society is man made and always fighting against natural degradation. So it makes sense that coffee is ever present in maintaining the constant subconcious pressure society puts on us I believe in the more "spiritual" experience of consuming things with a feeling of joy or fulfilment, which is concious.
