Why wouldn’t they do the 007 score? The slide whistle took every bit of excitement right out of the scene by patronizing one of the greatest car stunts of its time. This is so much better.

Former SAS too ifrc, damn the way his body language changes and he starts breathing heavily when getting ready to jump. Guessing the hand signal was to let the pyrotechnicians know when to count to 3 and set off the pyrotechnics.

Saw this stunt done at golden sands speed way in plover wis. It was so awesome. Everything was set up before lasers it was just measured out with pull tapes. Lol

You were right to remove the slide whistle AND the « Evil Cuneviel » line. It is such an obscure and dated reference (and poorly ADRed, at that) that it already takes away from the thrill of the stunt. Good work!

I thought Police Squad was absolutely fantastic. And now of course they only made six or so episodes as the dumb broadcaster wanted to add a laughter track. Can you imagine? I wish they'd done more but I guess many of the gags they thought up eventually went into Naked Gun, so it's all good.
