Hi Everyone, and welcome to our channel.
My name is Rachel and The Little Puffin is all about my gorgeous little boy, Callum, and my life as a first time mummy.
The Little Puffin will share with you all aspects of our life as a little family of three, including Callum's diagnosis with Achondroplasia and his development, my postnatal fitness journey, and our every day activities as we ride the crazy rollercoaster that is motherhood.
We are a real family, so everything you see is real. These are our real emotions when it comes to Callum's diagnosis as we go through this journey with him, as I endeavour to spread awareness about Achondroplasia and Dwarfism.

Hi everyone and welcome back to my channel.

He's adorable! But as I'm sure you know you both have a hard road ahead. School age kids can be extremely cruel and there will always be bullies. My advice to you is to put your son in a private school things are much more CONTROLLED there. And good luck to the two of you.😏🌟

This is a great video. They told me mine has short limbs stomach and head and I am seeing a specialist Tuesday. They said oh it’s not your fault you did nothing wrong . I wasn’t concerned until they said that .

Can you only just be diagnosed after years later ( also does a curved spine a thing because I have that also I’m smaller than other teenagers my age )
Erm I'm not sure, I would imagine it would have been picked up during early childhood but I couldn't say for certain. Curvature of the spine can be linked to many other things it's just something that is closely linked to achondroplasia. If your concerned about anything I would recommend speaking to a health professional like your gp. Sorry, I only know what we have experienced as a family.
