Thank you! Had exact issue with a cold shoulder elastic sleeve. This worked! I can only hand sew but I was able to fix it 🎉

Naomi! You are a lifesaver. I've recently started my own little alterations service here in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Your channel is the first one I've found to address the misalignment that has been occurring for me. No amount of pinning or clipping was working and I was about to lose my mind with three ski jackets to attend to. Hand basting must be the solution! I will let you know!
