What will be the rule to set this up?🤔

Question: I was able to follow the steps and get the install started and was able to use the system. However I shutdown my computer and now can't figure out how to re-start the server properly on mac. Can someone help me!
Please go to the directory in which you have the files for the system. WIthin the directory run the command 'python3 manage.py runserver' PS: This installation method is only for testing purposes. Hi, The timesheet feature was available with the project module in a separate branch. The project is not yet included in the master branch. If you want to test the timesheet feature, please use the code in the branch horilla_project (github.com/horilla-opensource/horilla/tree/horilla_project).
Can this system to be configured for other countries payroll requirements?
We can make basic payroll configuration as there is no specific template which we have pre configured for the payroll system.

When I try to do the pip install Djano my computer does nothing on the mac. Send me advice because I wanna try this software out.
