It looks like we responded to your question on another video, but just to recap-since the HOROW T38 is designed for a 12" rough-in, it might be a tight fit with 11" from the wall to the center of your flange. You could check with a plumber to be sure or consider the HOROW T37, which works with a 10" rough-in. Let us know if you need anything else! 😊

After successfully assembling my ARES WING monitor arm according to your instructions, I attached my MSI MAG401QR 40" Gaming Monitor, and it drooped down like a giraffe bending its neck to drink water. The issue was that the upper arm couldn't support my monitor because the hex socket was completely stripped, making it impossible to tighten. What surprised me was that when I tested the arm by pulling down on it without the monitor attached, it felt solid and didn’t budge at all. But as soon as I mounted the monitor, it dropped like a stone. This inconsistency is really disappointing, especially given the size and value of my MSI MAG401QR.

@ Yes, my monitor is still functioning well. I returned it to Amazon for a refund. Instead, I opted for the higher-quality, albeit pricier, MOUNT-IT Heavy-Duty Single Monitor Arm for Ultrawide Screens up to 49 inches. I decided it was worth investing in better quality rather than risking another poor experience with Amazon.

​@UnboxTheLot I ended up buying one of these. I think if I leave one of the quadrants out it will fit under my aftermarket heat deflector. 75% coverage is better than 0% coverage. This screen and the heat deflector do not fit at the same time, but I think will just fit if the screen is not complete. Will check it out.

@@grayskle2846 No. I had to return it. There was no way for it to work. And i tried other apps but they didn't detect the display.

I tested it on iPhone I’ll check and see if it works on android
