Luma island is pretty fun! The only thing I didn't like is having to get tokens plus materials to upgrade your tools but you don't run out of stamina and you don't need to sleep lol I mainly focused on building a cute farm hahah yes, I played travellers rest but not the online co-op portion - also a great game! Is that what you and your wife are currently playing? ☺️

yes! It definitely has similarities in terms of its vibe. I'm intrigued to know more about the story tho! The demo is still on Steam. Is it something you'll be trying out? :)

There is a game similar to It Takes Two (another great game) called Split Fiction that is coming out in March 2025 that we're really excited for, hopefully, it's a game that you two will try out as well :)

yess! I did a gameplay video playing the demo, I believe the early access drops April 2025 (or that's when it's expected to,) where we can have the full story of the game - but I don't think you can transfer your progress from the demo to the actual game when it launches 🥲

Yes for sure! I definitely did take that into consideration while also thinking about the frustration with other competitive games like Overwatch and Valorant when it comes to matchmaking. I know it wont be perfect tho! :)

I agree, but people will always find reasons to complain, and balancing will probably be one of them! I, too, complain about balancing heroes, but I think if the devs continue to take the time to listen to feedback from their player base and make the necessary changes that are valid, I can see the game succeeding. 😁

I agree, there's definitely need to be balance with some heros. I do want the tank to feel like they're tanking the damage and to help create space for the team, but not to the point where they become unkillable either. I think the hero I had a hard time with the most was Venom 🥲

Things like servers already has been sorted out ready for launch. You should watch the dev vision vol 1 & 2. They talk about stuff like feedback, the roadmap and servers there. It sounds like the devs has sorted so many issues such as adding sound cues when hitting enemies. Improving animations and feel with characters like the Hulk, a new practice range and so much more :3 Also the fact there still more characters to be revealed for the launch. Looks like a really great future for this game 🤩😊

Also like the fact that all the characters feel powerful without being too strong, except for some exceptions to that

That's good to hear! When I recorded this, it was before the dev vision and almost right after I played the latest playtest. I'm glad that they did take in the feedback from the players and have made some significant changes so far and do hope they continue to take in feedback even after the game launches. I can't wait to see more characters to be added to the roster 😎 Which heros did you enjoy (aside from Jeff of course!)

When I played the playtest, I was Rocket and Mantis main 😅 I find myself always maining support in team based games but I'm looking forward to seeing other characters being added and trying out new roles! What about you?

But I really did enjoy Marvel Rivals, it lowkey filled the void I was missing after the downfall of OW 😅 Hopefully the game continues to improve after launch then I can probably give you a better answer lol Did you ever play OW before?

I think the power outfits, you can't change sadly. But you can take pieces from the power outfits for your everyday look. I believe you can create 4 (I might be wrong on this number) different outfit presets to wear :) Will you be playing on pc, console or mobile?

I think you can actually! In the beta, there was an outfit that you could replace the fishing outfit with (I think it was called shark tidal mirage?) so I'm guessing some of them will be changeable?

@@quackquack1187 Ohhh that's so cool! omg I never got far enough for the Tidal Mirage outfit 😭 maybe there will be different variations that provide the same power abilities, but if that's the case, I am even more excited for the game to launch next week lol just to collect as much outfits as I can
