May I know what is Manual Allocation when we create a holiday record?
Hi Sriram, Manual Allocation refers to distributing the hours unevenly across the days of the Holiday. For example, you may be taking half a day on Friday and a full day on Monday. So you have a Holiday that is 2 days, 12 hours. You would use the Hours Distributor to manually adjust the hours to be 4 on Friday and 8 on Monday. Really appreciate the share with sample data, so much detail what do you believe is the cut off for project size to be able to fully take advantage of Mission Control without spending too much time on admin alone?
Hi Clinton, the admin time is relative to the value of having a detailed project plan, and the benefits that level of insight will provide. We see examples of projects that have one Action that are used as a 'catch all' to capture time, right up to 500+ Actions going into granular detail of what's required over a 5 year period.
Can you change the format of the PDF generated to make it more aligned to your own branded documents?

Hi there, great video. Is it possible to automatically include a breakdown of the timesheets in the invoice? (Rather than a single line item) This is particularly helpful if different employees have different charge rates? And also the timesheet notes as well. This way the invoice contains all the information about the work done in a single document without having to manually send the timesheets.
Hi Laurence, thanks for reaching out. Yes, absolutely! You can choose to include an Appendix to the invoice that shows you all of the Time Logs, including supporting notes and rates. Happy to discuss further :-)

Hi Ala, yes, it will automatically show any Standard or Custom Object that has a Phone field.
