Worst ramp in central Ky !! Even after they rebuilt it you got 3 foot of water 20 feet out ! Hard to load and unload by yourself

I was trout fishing the other day and I could see 20-50 stacked up in the stream. I caught two the whole time. Even if you are throwing at fish and you know it…. Sometimes they still won’t bite. It can be very discouraging.
