Hiya do you have any exercises to make out grand battements more elongated? thank you! :))
Yes! Practice leg pulses at the barre, 90 degrees and higher. This will help build muscle so that when you grande battement your leg is lifting and “floating” rather than flopping down. Also, when you kick be sure to think of lengthening your whole leg through your toes instead of just lifting. The energy from your hip to your toes should make you feel longer and appear more elongated. As always, be sure to pull up in your standing leg, chest, and chin! I hope this helps!!!

I love the show but what’s your favorite part about the books? I’ve heard mixed reviews! And which one do you like better?
I think book 1 & 2 are veryyyyy similar to the show. There aren’t many changes in the script/story, just the visual vs. imagination aspect. I think I’d have to go with the show for season 1 and the book for season 2! I’m going to do a full review on them soon! 💕
