Findings: the main blocking point has to do with the anatomy of the hump - the cartilaginous segment has a proper convexity that must be fixed. The lateral split maneuver is one excellent solution
Meaning: The Lateral Division Maneuver is the only surgical option that allows to flatten the medium/big humps due to mathematics of the 3D geometry of the cartilaginous hump
