    I have these on my RMax 1000 and love them. In choosing these Plastic Skid Plates they are as rugged as the aluminum ones but as you cross rocks/downed trees/etc. they allow you to easily glide over the obstruction as oppose to having metal skid plates that will bring you to a grinding halt. I also have these on an older SxS and it has protected the machine very well and never allowed me to get hung up on obstacles.

      @@thenotoriousgib365 : also, It bears mentioning that my cage bolts didn't slip right through the holes easily. when I unbolted the stock bolts. the holes went misaligned and it was a whole series of using C- clamps and other devices to get everything lined back up; and then trying to get the nuts back on them from the back was utter nightmare!

    Yeti are anti 2A douchebags...they'll never see another cent of my money. Even if your too stupid to value the 2A, Yeti don't make all the coolers here in the US. They just charge USA made prices, while equal, or better, coolers are there for less money. ;)

  • @blfsd3977
    @blfsd3977 2 года назад

    Excellent. I have a factory rear window. So securing the tire to the roll bar at the back of the cab isn't an option. I think I'll try an Erickson 09160 wheel tie down kit. It says it's good for a 30" tire but I'll be able to change out the end of the strap if it's not long enough. Nice ingenuity. Starboard is perfect for this.

  • @BarnStangz
    @BarnStangz 2 года назад

    Nice video install man! It's going to help out a lot of people I have the feeling. Even though people might not like the wiper being at top and having the drips go down, I feel like this will keep the mud from collecting if the wiper was at the bottom.

    • @thenotoriousgib365
      @thenotoriousgib365 2 года назад

      Hey BarnStangz thanx for commenting, got some test time in and yeah the wiper does drip down. I didn’t get into mud but I did get some snow sand mix and the dual spray and large blade took it right off. Visibility is amazing, I’m sure that mounting the wiper unit on the bottom would have impacted that and caused issues with access to navigation.
