BASIC BOSU TRAINING CIRCUIT
I love creating circuits around one piece of equipment - today it's the BOSU!
The BOSU is an incredibly versatile exercise tool for both stability and cardio. Here's a few exercises to get you started:
1) BOSU Burpees
2) Toe Taps
3) Skater Jumps
4) Layout Crunches
5) Mountain Climbers
6) Heel Raises
7) Step Up to Balance
8) Inside Mtn. Climbers
9) Outside Mtn. Climbers
