Okay, I understand the food. Also, if the furniture will be moved on selling - I kinda get it too. But the toilet? It's totally a part of the house, so I hope I wanna go to the toilet so that I can test it, and ofc I will use it, with your logic I shouldn't come to the home at all, just buy it online, why does it matter to see everything with your own eyes. But! As the seller I would put some antiseptic spray to clean the toilet before and after using, and/or disposable toilet seat covers. And as the buyer I would ofc flush the toilet, not flushing is disgusting, doesn't matter where. ... Why did it get into my recommendations ...
