I am just3 degrees removed from the Weavers. One of my best friends in high school was a first cousin once removed from Fred Hellerman (my friend's father's cousin). Unless you count the time in the 70s we saw Pete Seeger on thr train platform at Croton-Harmom. We tried to get my friend to say hello to him, but he wouldn't. Should have said hello myself. I regret not saying hello to this day.

My middle name is Irene. My mum always used to sing just the one verse to me the one that starts last saturday night I got married. I now realise why maybe she didn't sing the other two verses to me. Maybe becasue they were not really appropriate to sing to a baby/small child. Lovely song.

Late to the party but....at 00:29 in the middle of the frame you can see the tornado/funnelcloud in the making so this one was probably captured juuust after birth. If it didn't dissolve after this footage I am sure it gained strenght. It's ironic... at 0:33 and for a few seconds after that the trees and the sky over the road/horizon where they are heading (to the right in the frame) are almost shaped like a sign like "tornado be here" even though it has not reached there yet. If one is looking for signs that is :-) I agree with the other comments about its strenght even though it visually appears to be very small. That tree part is just amazing. Especially the speed and how easy it is for tornadoes to damage anything in their path. And at capture this was just F1 I reckon. Anyhing stronger and that car would have been affected in some way. They were basically in it...
