I really like how you broke down thought. I think it’s really important to understand that there are different thought processes. It can be very frustrating for someone that doesn’t understand their particular thought processes. It could be very frustrating for someone who doesn’t think in imagery to be told to visualize an apple when all they can do is hear the word thought in their mind. By realizing there are different thought processes one could dial in on what works best for that individual.

How deeply can you feel these? Allow sensation to wash over entire sensational space. Pay attention to thoughts related to this fundamental shame. Feel -> Notice thoughts (repeat) What is it about me that makes me broken? Why/how am I so broken? How do I know that there is something wrong with me? In what ways am I aware of the things that are wrong with me? Who has told me that there is something wrong with me? When did I first recognize that I am not good enough? What are all the ways that I am unloved? What are all the ways that I am unloveable? Is it just shame? Is it just pain? Is it even worth avoiding? When will I know that I have fully proven my worth? 

At what point in my life, accomplishing what tasks and what achievements, will I know that I have proven my worth? What do I actually have to do, to prove how good I am? What has to happen before I can recognize that everything is elementally and fundamentally okay? 

What things need to be accomplished before I can realize that everything is just perfect the way it is?

I looked out the window & it was very clear there was nothing behind me and nothing behind the rendered scene. Note: You use the word essentially *a* *lot.* If you eliminated entirely, no meaning would be lost 😊

Mind can only focus on objects yet they are as Heisenberg said, the only thing you can be certain of is that everything is uncertain! We, the witness are the context of the play and as such, recontextualisation is our only true power. My personal rift is it’s all for entertainment purposes only 😂

The mind is interesting when looked at closely. There is either thinking or being. Conditioning is so much about thinking immersion and identifying that it really makes most humans not even able to see an insight on primary experience and the inseparability with it. These videos on context are amazing pointers and suggestions to not only see thoughts for what they are but also get much earlier in being aware of a much sooner a domino that’s about to knock over the next 23 can be seen.
