There's a Pottersville NY in the Adirondacks, which is what you are referring to. There's a Pottersville NY in Ulster county, NY, that is no longer listed on maps. It was abandoned and leveled years ago. You can find references to the ghost town here on youtube and elsewhere on the net. I think this is where this video was made.
