@@JJN603 thank you for your comment. Even if it’s a pet unfortunately if you go to a non private vet. And it is happening all over the country. They coerce people so they get their animals chipped. In some parts even you are forced to give a dna to the council where you leave if you have a dog, so if a crap if found on the street the police will have your info and fine you 200€. Kennels and non profit make money out of animals being chipped I think other wise that woman would have not lost her temper
