As for the negotiation, some do n some don't. As a Ghanaian I'm able to negotiate sometimes but not all times. If the price is too much just move to another. A lot of young Nigerians don’t know when Nigeria started cooking jollof Rice. Nigeria in late 70s, jollof rice was not known to Nigerians till Ghanaians migrated to Nigeria in late 70s. The Ghanaian started cooking food on the streets of Eastern Nigeria and Lagos and that’s how older generation of Ghanaians introduced jollof rice in Nigeria.
