i'm by no means a pro crocheter and this was my first big amigurumi, but this tutorial was incredible! so easy to follow. i'm especially grateful that you showed us how to sew on the pieces, because that's the thing i struggle with the most when it comes to finishing my projects. thank you so much!!

Just a warning for everyone yarn can and will cause intestinal blockages for your pets if they ingest it. This would make a super cute accessory for a stuffed animal dog or even a Halloween decoration!

Thank you for the tutorial! All my friends now want a little guy :D For the people who also like a written pattern, here you go! (I wrote it as how I would do it, so sc into the next round instead of slip stitch and ch1. For this you need a bobby pin/stitch marker to keep track of your rounds) Body: [1] - 6sc in MR (6) [2] - Inc x 6 (12) [3 till 6] - sc all around (12) Fasten off the first leg. Make 2, but dont fasten off the second leg, and instead sc into any stitch of the first leg. [7] - sc all around (24) [8 till 18] - sc all around (24) Start stuffing, stuff as you continue the next rounds. [19] - (2sc, dec) x6 (18) [20] - (sc, dec) x6 (12) [21] - dec x6 (6) Fasten off and sew in the ends. Also sew the gaps near the legs closed. Backpack: [1] - Slipknot, ch7. Sc in the 2nd chain from the hook and sc until the edge. Inc in the edge, then sc all around and another inc at the second edge. [2 till 6] - sc all around. (for a bigger backpack, just keep adding rounds until you're satisfied) Fasten off w/ a long tail & sew closed as shown in the video. Sew the backpack onto the body. Face: [1] - Slipknot and ch7. Sc in the 2nd chain from the hook, and sc until the edge. 3sc at the edge, then sc all around and another 3sc at the edge. [2] - sc all around. [3] - sc into the first stitch with black yarn, and sc all around with black. Sew the face onto the body, stuff a little before closing. And you're done! Whats your dog breed name?

Im using thinner wool, so could i doube all the stitches, so start with 12 single crochets at the beggining instead of 6 etc to make it bigger?

Is this safe for dogs? When they eventually chew on it is it safe or they may choke with the stuffing or the yarn?

For anyone making this, dogs can only see variations of the colors yellow and blue, so if you want an extra punch you could use those too!

I made a rainbow pastel bone for Elvie, my friend’s senior corgi. He’s my favourite dog in the whole world. My heart just shattered after hearing that his eating habits have changed due to his sister Gracie passing away. The two were named after Elvis Presley and where he had lived (Graceland). I haven’t seen him in a year now, but tomorrow I’m so excited to finally visit him and give him a handmade toy! It seemed like he really needed a soft, comforting toy to play with. PLEASE add the written pattern on the screen. This was a bit difficult to follow especially since you wont use a stitch marker. I'm an experienced crocheter and this tutorial definitely could have been easier to follow.

Honestly this got really boring and you just went way too slow and there were no captions for the stitches and just a little recommendation is to speed up the parts where your just building up you stitches to make the videos less boring
