Are you referring to the radiator fan heat that blows on your knees on both sides? I wonder too if that's improved on the 2024. It looks like Triumph might have tweaked the vents in the 2024 model. I added some deflectors to my 2022 model, which helped a little. I don't notice the heat when I'm wearing good textile riding pants but I sure do feel it if I'm in jeans.

In case anyone else has this question, I wanted to share that this is easy to do in Excel in the register, by using Excel's filter feature to hide rows that are marked as reconciled. I have a short video on how to filter transactions here: ruclips.net/video/EyE7zSNvSPQ/видео.html

The directions say to rinse off any vegetation with water within 10 minutes. I did so and all was well.

Unfortunately, open office doesn't support the formula used to calculate the balance. But you can use Excel online (web) for free and it will work in the free web version of Excel. You just need to create a free Microsoft account at office.com to get started.

Thank you for sharing. For other readers, you'll definitely get what you pay for. Don't skimp on LVP when it comes to price and quality. My Flooret LVP continues to hold up very well, four years later.

It's hard to believe my video is now 4 years old. What I can add is that my flooring is still looking good and the raised up lip is still fixed from the heat gun treatment. I'll add that the original issue was definitely my fault during installation. But anyway. We do mop and clean our floors often and we haven't had any ongoing issue. But my LVP brand is Flooret and they use a rubber backing on their boards. I recall that some of the LVP I looked at had a cork backing, and if that got wet or damp, it would likely expand. So for anyone still shopping LVP, I would stay away from any flooring that has a cork (wood) backing.

In the video, around the 10 minute mark, I walk through how to make the balance not appear unless there's an entry. I would review the conditional formatting setting in your spreadsheet. Thank you for reaching out. In the newer 2024 version (see link below), there is a column to mark transactions as reconciled (R). And you could use that same column to mark transactions as cleared (C) and then later change that to "R". Hi @nadinekocum901 Thank you for asking. I definitely understand the concern. I originally didn't have any macros in earlier versions of this Excel checkbook because there are bad actors out there who have taken advantage of macro programming in the past. But there was some functionality I *really* wanted to add that could only be done with a macro! There are 3 macros in the spreadsheet. One macro just hides or unhides rows 2 and 3 in the register so that the 'reconcile mode' button can do its thing. And then the button to 'Refresh' the dashboard is a simple macro that just does 'refresh' on the pivot tables (which you can do manually if preferred by visiting the 'PivotTable Analyze' menu if you click your cursor in a pivot table on the worksheet called 'All_Registers'. The most complex macro is in the 'Future Trx' sheet. That macro, when run, looks for the last transaction in your register and then does a copy/paste of the entries you have listed on the 'Future Transactions' table.

My first thought would be to see if the formula in the balance column got wiped out in the rows where it wasn't being computed. Normally, as Excel automatically adds new rows to the table, the formulas in the Balance column and Category columns should auto-populate in the new rows so that things continue to work. But if at some point in the last row, the formula in the Balance column got accidentally erased, it's likely that any new rows added after that would fail to calculate. But it's not hard to re-copy the formula from a previous row.

Hi, thanks for writing. Yes, unfortunately that will be tied to OneDrive. See my FAQ below for additional info. In the near future, I hope to release an update to a macro that will provide a workaround for the Microsoft OneDrive issue. The macro will copy the current spreadsheet to another file which the dashboard would connect to. This is the only way to get around the file lock issue caused by OneDrive. Hi, thanks for the note. Doing a split transaction has been something I have wanted to figure out in an automated way -- especially similar to how Quicken does it (which is nice). But unfortunately, I haven't found an ideal way to handle this in Excel. The only work around I have at this time is to create a separate entry (row) in the register for the items you want to uniquely categorize. As long as those entries total up to the exact amount that your bank recorded, your balances should match. For example, if you went to Target and the entire transaction was $200 but $80 was for groceries while the remainder was household goods, you could put the $80 as a separate row (categorized as groceries) and the $120 as household goods. Again, that's not ideal but it's the only workaround I have at present.

Hi, thanks for writing. I did duplicate the issue. I discovered that Microsoft has had this issue with OneDrive and Excel Power Query for a long time which is very disappointing. I opened a ticket with Microsoft to see if there are any solutions. In the meantime, here are some other options: 1. If you close (quit) OneDrive before opening the spreadsheet, all is well and you can refresh the dashboard without an error. When done, you can restart OneDrive to ensure files continue to get backed up. or 2. You can put the spreadsheet in a folder that OneDrive is not syncing and instead, you could use one of the free versions of Dropbox or iDrive to ensure your spreadsheet stays backed up. I personally use Dropbox and there's no access error with Dropbox or iDrive. www.idrive.com/pricing www.dropbox.com/register I am working on a future fix where a macro will copy the current spreadsheet to another file that the dashboard then references.

Hi, that's a great question. I can't currently think of a way to do that, especially since there are potentially so many categories. But you can visit the "Table Design" menu pick in Excel and turn on "Total Rows" for the table. And next, you can use the regular Excel feature called Filters to filter your transactions on specific categories and you'll see the total withdrawal at the bottom of the screen.

Thanks for asking. Last year, I did offer my earlier versions for free but the expense to host the website and the hundreds of hours of work that I put in to it all made it untenable to continue it as a free offering. But the templates are priced affordably.

I don't know but if you have a spare (junk) piece of laminate, you could test by applying a heat gun to it to see if it's safe and makes it soft and pliable.

Thanks for reaching out. There is a free version of Excel Online available through a browser (e.g., Edge). Unfortunately, Excel Online doesn't support macros so my 2024 version of the checkbook won't work but I have a 2023 version of my checkbook and also a basic version, and those can work in Excel Online.

Thanks for reaching out. Regarding printing out reports, Quicken (as an example) does have a lot of great built-in reports. Excel, as a spreadsheet program, is awesome for storing data, sorting and filtering data, charting and visualizing data, but when it comes to reporting, it’s not ideal. You can print anything that you see in an Excel spreadsheet. And you can filter your transactions easily (e.g., show just grocery store transactions), and then you can print those sheets.
