It's so hard to find good soprano sax lessons online. I bought my soprano sax years ago but because of complaints from my neighbours (understandable) it's been in its case since. I'm no longer in that apartment and I'm so excited to go on this learning journey with you as my teacher!

Hi boss well what can I say i have been looking for a soprano saxophone encouraging video for a long time and I have found you .i have a soprano saxophone that I am playing i can make the sound i try very hard practicing yes I have a metronome my favourite saxophone artist is Mr Kenny g big respect to the guy I listen to him alot it's that sound that I am trying to get but I will never give up i have owned a alto saxophone before and I can get sound from it be iam a guy that likes a challenge so that's way iam using the soprano what I say to myself is that if this is made by a human being then I will learn to play it if it was from heaven then that is another subject 😀 if it is OK with you one day I will try to do a video and send it to you 😊 to criticise big respect bro you just don't know how much you have helped me 😊thank you so much I am watching keep up the good quality work Michael

Interestingly enough, Kenny G plays the instrument slightly to the right but he says he thinks with the mindset that the instrument is pointing straight. Like you said, everyone does what works for them. Also, I couldn't see what your right hand was doing while you played.

I play already a bit alto sax. But going often Hiking (having the alto on a 3 month trip through Spain with me 😥) I thought "better a soprano sax (bend version) just to be able to keep the emboucher. Ok. got it. It is a cute but hard one. Anyway love it already and being ready to start the journey with your tutorials.

Seen Kenny live in Birmingham back in the 90s. Enjoy every minute of his concert. Another Guy on here Steve Cole also plays a lovely soprano, along with Alto and Tenor .

I want to play soprano sax but I also play the French horn. Im not switching but Im worried it’s going to ruin my embouchure

Soprano saxophone was the first saxophone I started on and this was the first song I learned.

Kenny G is a victim of being the kid you are told you don’t like and eventually it takes. Like people use to say I like everything but country music. That’s what made me actually listen and check Kenny a bit deeper. Plus radio stations catering to his genre speaks volumes.
