Holy British

You are obviously pretty strong and I respect you for that, you lifted my body weight easily but your back is really curved but not as much as I have seen before so I believe, if you want to, you should improve your form so you don't break your back But hey I'm no expert, heck I'm not even 19 yet but you should keep going, I believe in you. S
his form is good, you dont know what your talking about
pretty normal arch
Your back breaks when it arches?
😮
Thats pretty tenacious😳 🩻
W advice
Crazy 💪
Bro is so strong. How do I get round shoulders?
Me seeing the weight: 👍👍 Me seeing how straight your back is while lifting said weight: 😲😲‼️ Insanely impressive
Crazy bicep vein
Crazy strength. Well done !!
Wild strength 💪
probably not even gnna listen but, you do realize your knees shouldn't go past your toes.... very bad injury, not hating lookin great mate!
That's a very common misconception about squats. Squats actually want to ideally go toes past knees to build more joint strength around the knee. Of course going too heavy too quickly will cause damage, but if you gradually increase it and progressively overload with focus on good technique your joints will actually become stronger
@ wow, genuinely didnt know that! thanks 🙏🏼
Thats a myth m8, Its natural to do it
@@khaledassadi3876 it also depends on your torso to femur length ratio. If your femurs are longer, your toes will go over your knees more :)

Good tip
This was actually a pretty useful tip. Nice.
That looks insane
i could dumbbell curl a max of 27.5 kg for a single repetition in full range motion, so i'm not all that too strong relatively to you.
you've already got a physical strength purposed for arm wrestling, you've got to give it a try since arm wrestling involves a lot of muscle in exercise you perform
Winstrel waffler
that bicep vain is bursting out
Bro is so strong
Looks insane
I thought they were all appreciating that dip form. Absolutely beautiful
david became the fckin goliath damn
That dip was god damn _royally_ deep Jesus man man strength that deep in the range of motion, absolute peak honestly
I can’t even bench that😅😅
Thats pretty good considering your level at the gym i think i got 10 or 11 last time i tried the 50’s
@ 50 both hands???
Sick
There’s actually three factors: intensity, volume and frequency. Not effort or applied effort 😂😂
Natural yet quite obvious injection marks in specific muscles.. you can't take away the hard work.. but to portray yourself as a natural is laughable. Anyone who's well cultured in lifting.. its pretty obvious that you're not natural. Very Joe Fazer..
One question I’ve been doing starting strength NLP for some time and have not been able to add 5lbs to my lifts every session Currently 172lbs at 5ft 4 age 15 Am I doing something wrong? I’ve been eating 4000 cals
bro wtf is ur nvm
Bro you had more in you
what is your volume for legs
im sorry all i see is the hella acne. my god its like looking at freddy kruger lol

You wanna have leg days more than arm days because legs take like 75 percent of body muscle
No, you want more workouts to muscles that recover faster (the smaller ones ie arms). If you're working out legs, especially quads, hamstrings and glutes properly, you shouldn't be able to effectively train them more than once (possibly a little bit more but with less intensity) in a 7-day split with reasonable amounts of rest. Once a muscle recovers, its ready to go again there's no real reason (at least physiologically) why you can't work it out again.
thats actually insane
Fun party trick... please dont tear your bicep and curl something lighter. Like do very explosive bicep curls with a lighter weight, do your 6 rep max weight or smth, I know you probs know this already but after having injuries myself its a pain in the ass to get back on track after them <3
Lol what a lier
A little bit of momentum but still strong af 💪🏻
You’re gonna tear your bicep brother please be careful
❤
Curling my incline cold
