not really, a good fighter will shit on cleric because they can use ranged weapons, they will parry you (morning star and mace are easy to parry) cleric will run out heals before you can do something to a good fighter with a bow.

4:55 literally threw at this point just going w-key melee vs that full hp ranger (even if you have BoC) that almost always has backstep that can kite you nonstop in open areas. Luckily, the ranger wasn't that smart either and didn't full commit which got you to heal to full. You never used your Book at all in that whole engagement against that ranger (I know you're not a curse build and all but still). Learn to kite sharp corners with CoP as much as possible if you can because you ain't closing the gap vs a good ranger (unless you have almost max MS). Well in the end, the ranger misplayed hard and you killed them. At least you have something to improve on.

Have you considered running hydrain or demon armor?

a VERY important thing to consider is what weapon type you are using. blades have a long slowdown when hitting someone, and don't have armor pen. blunt weapons ignore the attack slow. test it on a dummy and you will see what i mean!

nice vid, but you didnt use divine prot once until 7 minutes into the vid despite fighting multiple druids, a rogue and a barb lol. treating that shit like second wind or something XD. also these lobbies are weird asf. its almost as if nobody new what they were doing lol. the first barb played that fight the worst he possibly could have, the rogue trying to steal your shit just watched you walk up to him and kill him, the other rogue missed two of the easiest swings right outa invis which was wild, then the last rogue shut the door on himself right in front of you thinking you would just let him walk by or some shit. and the cleric used smite on a fckn mob when you were right there. literally nothing in any of these games made sense lmao. also i think it would be beneficial to keep a buckler in your offhand in case you go against druids n shit where you might need to block and could use the extra pdr.

Slam is good and Fawn is getting some use out of it but nowhere near full potential. Using slam for some damage on the initial engage is one of the least useful applications. It can be used to knock enemies out of the door-close to make it through. Also can be used to knock clerics out of smite/sanctuary. Knock sorcs out of lightning bolt. Knock wizards out of MM. Knock mob back when you get trapped. Knock players off ledges because it is funny :P. Makes shields immune to the stagger of heavy weapons during the slam animations (example: can be used to block a war-maul with no stagger, during the slam animation). Can be used to space against weapons shorter than yours (example: ambush rogue) by slaming the enemy away then using the reach of your weapon (example: viking sword, or morning star) to out-space their weapon for 1 free hit. TLDR: Shield slam is good, but you have to put some time and effort in to learn it.

Used slam and breakthrough the moment the patch came and honestly, my favourite set up that never uses second wind. Been loving it with round shield/heater since it even blocks attacks during the animation.
