I do like the nubbly texture that you show. I think that your thumbnail needs to show more of the completed texture. That is what caught my eye for the first video of yours that I viewed.

It is a beautiful pattern. I enjoy seeing more creative Tunisian stitch patterns. Now, if I could figure out how to do increases and decreases with Tunisian stitches... The yarn colour is so pale and white that I am having some trouble determining where the hook is going between the yarn strands and their quantity. A more medium intensity colour will help for future videos. I would not complain if you were to reload this video with an off-white or beige or medium blue yarn.

I have seen that stitch called the Romanian stitch before. I used it once to make a braid trim for a hat. Using the chained yarn is great to really see the stitch definition.

I couldn't tell how many chains you skipped after creating the chain of 15 so that was it for me. These are very cute baby shoes though.
