Guys I don't know how much truth is there in this but from what I have heard many a times co actors from a movie or a series are asked to pretend like lover or something similar (even when they are not into each other )and are asked to show the world that their chemistry is the best for a period of time ( personal opinion: can be for popularity of the movie or series) and once that Span of time ends they are allowed to part their ways or behave in whichever way they want to with each other And from my pov it's the exact case for them
