I think it was super thorough and I'd love to see more in the same format in the future. I think the only addition would be maybe a SS of the deck list at the end? I know other's may not be comfy with that idea but it helps me when I see that as a newer player :) I'm really looking forward to more of your content! @@Silverstar_GG

It says you can special it if you control a "D/D" monster. "D/D/D" has D/D in the name, so you can summon Gryphon. It's similar to how cards mention having -tellarknights in the name

Originally had that instead of the 2nd Shyama then had it sided. I still like the card but thought the inclusions I had in the deck currently were better for the event. If you'd like to play it, you can replace the gryphon, shyama or another card for it or side it. It's good for GY recursion and sometimes even breaking boards

I've tried it before but didn't change that much in my opinion. I'll test it out with the coming format and see how it goes

@@Silverstar_GG Yeah I just wanted to asked I’ve tested it out but it it’s good at searching Droll etc but at times you brick and would have rather had full combo over the handtrap. Another question for you would you consider putting in the LV 8 BlueDog in the side for the games you are going 2nd? I haven’t tested it but it good in theory to break boards and build yours up.

@fgtcg8078 I actually did it before during the last format. I personally like it as it allows you to use the GY more and can help break boards or bait out cards. It can be bricky at times but useful. I've sided out the second Shyma for it for simplicity

Oh okay questions which cards in the main deck do you tended to side out Game 2? I’m terrible with siding and would love your suggests.

@fgtcg8078 it's a skill in itself so I understand haha. I tend to side out the second rakea/shyama and or the gryphon. Sometimes I may take out cards like the contract or a prosperity if I think it will matter more to have the side card. The general rule I have for siding is maximizing what I want to see.

I can see your point with the dog. I happened to have more success with 2. Personally don't think Apo is needed but haven't seen combos with it. Can you describe them?

@@Silverstar_GG I think ending with rakea on board is close enough to ending with red dog in hand to justify not playing the extra brick which you do in the typical combo now with 2 rakea. Apollusa combo is (TGU + trap/ prison) or (Contract + trap/prison). 1. Normal summon TGU and rhino. 2. Link for Yama 3. CL1 Yama search aruhua, CL2 rhino send shyama. 4. Set backrow, shyama pop backrow. 5. Trap effect, summon sharvara. 6. Link for rage (shyama goes to bottom of deck.) 7. Sharvara eff set the other backrow you haven’t popped. 8. Link Yama + rage for apollusa 9. Aruha pop backrow, CL1 Yama, CL2 trap to summon sarama 10. Yama reborn rage and pop rage, add back sharvara. 11. Sarama target chamber, pop aruha, summon anything. 12. Sharvara pop sarama summon rakea End board is Appo, Caesar, reborn trap, rakea

@Bigdog-qs2zz First, that's a pretty cool combo, I do like that it also works around Nib inherently and still allows for extension. Will try this out and see how it goes. I personally still prefer Sharvara in hand as it allows me to dodge cards that effect the field but this is a great way to also do that without keeping it. Thank you for info and criticism!

Yama, it can summon any fiend from grave not just unchained. It can also summon from hand if need be.

@dracompb966 Ah that's fair, you can send it from rhino warrior or foolish, or from the discard from abominable or muckracker for example. Also muckracker can be used to bring it back

This build is pretty solid and gets you to your engine pretty well. Not as good as Javi but definitely think this fills in those gaps
