I've been losing weight since starting my new job and changing my eating habits. This is what I'm doing for dinner, every night, and I love it! Normally, we eat beef, elk, deer, antelope, chicken and so forth. High quality protein. But, I don't even miss all that! For breakfast, I have a protein shake with 60 grams of protein and 20 grams of carbs. Lunch is a chicken sandwich. I have one or two...

We had several tech issues, this week. That being the case, I thought it prudent to upload at least one segment of the show to test it out.
The Last Ride

The last ride for the 2023 season. American Legion Riders Post 30, Belgrade, Montana. We rode the beautiful drive through the Bridger Mountain Range, on Hwy 86, from Belgrade to Wilsall. Had lunch at the Bank Bar and Vault Restaurant. Then we were off again, down Hwy 89, through Clyde Park and on to I90 for a few miles of Interstate travel. Exiting at Livingston, we rode through town and hit th...

Nice job,,,,, keep it going
You are filthy mouthed but you think you are cool.
I LOVE THIS!!!
This is so freaking beautiful man. I do cnc work for wooden flags in my shop and I’ve always wanted to try metal. Amazing work!!
Thanks, brother. I started with wooden flags, about 3 years ago. Sales dropped off so I switched to metal. Before Biden, I couldn't keep up and had planned to expand the shop and bring in some help. The day Biden got in, sales dropped to zero and haven't come back. I still do a few of these but it only brings in enough to pay the overdraft fees.
Opps, hit enter before I was done. Anyway, we've now added a new product line, for which I'm looking for influencers. The product is already starting to take off and the influencers are coming on board. Going to incorporate the Harley into it, too.
I just noticed your a commercial instructor! I used to drive a Cessna 180!
